A. No, it absolutely does not work. This is because most buying and selling decisons are processed by human brains which are heavily influenced by emotions such as fear and greed. [edit] Wamique, It is true that not all information is known. However, I don't believe that this is the primary reason why the Market is Not Efficient. A computer programmed by people would have access to the same information, but would still come up with a different result. For example consider your emotional response to the following situation: You find $100 on the ground. Later on, the money falls out of your pocket, but you don't notice until you get home.
